Hi--I'm not the one in the photo eating the delecticious bugger. The crazy dude who gobbled 'em up said that the texture of the body was meaty and the legs crispy. It has smoky flavor to it, and tasted like it was fried with garlic, lemongrass, and some other herbs. He said the crickets had a nutty taste to them.
